A Year of KubeCon Program Committee Work

I just received my latest Linux Foundation badge for serving on the Kubernetes on Edge Day North America 2026 Program Committee.

This marks my 6th KubeCon + CloudNativeCon and Co-located Events engagement in 2026, spanning North America, Europe, and Asia.

Throughout the year, I had the opportunity to contribute in several different roles - serving on program committees, reviewing and helping shape technical content, and, for the 1st time, taking on the role of Track Chair for KubeCon + CloudNativeCon North America 2026.

What I value most about these experiences is the opportunity to see the cloud native community from different perspectives. Speaking and sharing technical experience is rewarding, but reviewing proposals and helping build conference programs provides a different kind of learning. You get an early view into the problems engineers are tackling across the industry, and the ideas that may shape the next generation of cloud native infrastructure.

I’m grateful to the CNCF and Linux Foundation communities, the organizers, fellow program committee members, speakers, and everyone who contributed their time and knowledge.

Also thanks to my employer Intuit for supporting my continued involvement in the open source and cloud native communities.
